Alexander McQueen’s Final Bow

Alexander McQueen’s Savage Beauty Exhibit drew an astounding 661,509 visitors in its 3-month run at NYC’s Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art. 100 ensembles and 70 accessories from the designer’s 19 year career were on display. Allegro’s team had the opportunity to see the breathtaking collection and particularly loved the Voss Dress, shown below, which is made of painted ostrich feathers and microscope slides dyed blood red. Genius never dies – rock on House of McQueen!
