All Aboard the Louis Vuitton Express!

The Louis Vuitton Fall 2012 Collection rolled into the Cour Carrée at Paris Fashion Week where the event primarily reminded us that not only can Marc Jacobs consistently deliver dazzling pieces, but he also knows how to put on a spectacular runway show. For Fall, Jacobs hearkened back to the luxury brand’s nineteenth century beginnings in railroad travel, showing silhouettes lengthened by layers and Stephen Jones’ squashed hats. As a bonus, porters walked behind the models carrying bags of oversized and overstuffed proportions. If this is what traveling on a railroad looks like, then sign us up!
