Want to get away but lack the time and funds to go somewhere longer than a couple of days? No problem! There are plenty of great destinations here in the spectacular U.S. of A. sure to fulfill the wanderlust in you. Those interested in visiting Dallas will find a beautiful city full of sights and delicious bites to consume a weekend jaunt. See our suggested itinerary below:

Friday Night: Once you enter Dallas, we recommend heading over to Nana Restaurant at the top of the Hilton Anatole for a tasty meal and a view of the city not to be missed. Afterwards, head to the AT&T Performing Arts Center to get your cultural fix on.

Saturday: Start the day with a trip to the Dallas Farmer’s Market. Opened in 1941, the market is heralded as one of the best in the country. Next, head on over to The Sixth Floor Museum , which chronicles the legacy and assassination of JFK. Enjoy a juicy burger at The Grape before setting out for Lower Greenville Avenue, where bars abound.

Sunday: Have a hearty brunch at Bread Winners Cafe and Bakery followed by the awe-inspiring sights at the Dallas World Aquarium . Before leaving Dallas, make sure to stop by Taverna by Lombardi to try their hearty Italian cuisine.
