Post-Independence Day Yoga Detox

Independence Day may be over, but the effects of all that delicious barbecue and tasty treats are sure to have made their mark. If you are feeling less than stellar today, we suggest detoxing with a FitSugar-created yoga sequence. These eight poses are designed to simulate the circulatory, digestive and lymphatic systems to get rid of toxins and waste. One of our favorite moves from the sequence is the three-legged down dog, pictured below, where you hold your head below your heart and lift one leg into the air.
