We have an enormous style crush on Diane Kruger, so when she recently stepped out at the Toronto Film Festival sporting a sophisticated yet laid-back topknot, we just had to scour for details. BellaSugar chatted with celebrity hairstylist Kylee Heath, who did Kruger’s strands for the film event and drew inspiration from the Fall 2012 Valentino show. “We wanted to modernize the look a bit with a soft edge,” said Heath to the beauty website. To get the classic look, the stylist started with Oscar Blandi Volumizing Spray on the actress’ ends and Kérastase Mousse Volumactive on her roots. Next, Heath blew out Kruger’s hair and put it into a high ponytail, splitting it into three sections and securing each one with pins. Leaving the strands around her face soft, Heath managed to make a look so chic and simple it can go flawlessly from red carpet to everyday.
