Elegant Berry Yogurt Parfait

It really is true what they say about breakfast being the most important meal of the day. However, when you are staring down the barrel of too little shut-eye, kids to get ready for school and a barrage of other morning activities, eating breakfast, let alone a healthy one, can be a challenge. Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

-14 oz thick Greek yogurt

-1 cup raw oats or ganola

-Honey or maple syrup to drizzle

Directions

-Add half the yogurt to the bottom of a glass

-Sprinkle a layer of raw oats or granola

-Add a layer of blueberries

-Repeat the above three steps and top with desired amount of syrup

Serves 2
