Get an Early Start on Your Resolutions

New Year’s may be known as the day where good habits start, but we like to get a jump on the resolutions list during the holidays. While indulging a bit in the season of cheer is a must for any agenda, we find that keeping our healthy habits going during this time of the year allows us to start the next one off on the right foot. Shape chatted with psychologist and author Elizabeth R. Lombardo about the steps involved in starting and maintaining healthy habits. Lombardo says to begin with a list of reasons as to why you want to incorporate this habit into your life. Write out your intentions for wanting to change and break it down into simple, doable steps.
