Helen Hunt Does High-Low Dressing at the Oscars

Sharon Stone famously wore a Gap turtleneck to the Academy Awards in 1996, but it looks like her budget-friendly reign has come to an end. On Sunday night, Helen Hunt wore a surprising blue strapless dress by none other than H&M. While we are not sure of the dress’s worth, there is no doubt that Hunt sported the most affordable gown on the Oscars’ red carpet. Taking the meaning of high-low to new heights, the nominee added $700,000 worth of Martin Katz jewels to her ensemble, including a diamond brooch in the back.
